Dear all,'

I am wondering for what time length one can obtain a reentry permit
while going outside of the country and maintaining a permanent
residecy status. In what kind of situation this permit can be
obtained? Can this permit be extended (for how long, how many times ?)
if necessary?

2 years, not extendible as far as I know
