I have no idea with Miami. In my case I received the first NOA within a month. THat was submitting to SEattle District ofice, but forwarded to NEbraska.

Erwin did you mail your application? I'm not really sure how long. We applied AOS in person almost 2 years ago by then no mail-in applications.
And after a "successful" interview didn't hear from them. When dealing with Miami office expect to wait a little longer but who knows you might be luckier than most of us.
