Real estate agent/broker Canada-Florida
A Canadian resident real estate agent/broker can obtain a Florida real estate licence
through special courses and filing a finger print form (it is not necessary to be a
resident of Florida, nor an American citizen).
His purpose is to work the Florida markets several months in the year for his
Canadian contacts, either listing and/or selling.
What kind of visa would he need to work for a Florida broker?
Can he constitute a Canadian corporation with a branch in Florida, and work for the
corporation on a visa?
Can he constitute an American corporation with affiliation with a Canadian one, and
work for one of them on a visa?
Any other ways?
Thanks

He can't, unless he's willing to put up a good chunk of money and employ some
Americans.
