Hi

What do you mean to identical pages? So I am guessing I fill out one and Tom fills out
one? If anyone can get me an answer on this soon it would be much appreciated.

No.. just fill out one form for you (the petitioner).... but filling 2 identical pages,
because the original form has original and copy.

In case you print it out from the web, just print the form twice... and fill the same
info on both.

when you print it out from www.shusterman.com it prints out as two pages automatically.

Ah, yes when you get the official form it's like the G-325 - it's has a carbon copy so you
end up with two sheets. The best way to deal with this for downloaded forms is to fill it
in once and then take a photocopy. When I filed at Arlington she threw away the
carbon-copies of these forms saying they preferred just to take photocopies anyway!
