If more people from your country violate the visa waiver program,
the INS may revoke the visa waiver program for you country,
and all your countrymen will be treated like Chinese, Indians
and Filipinos.

Unlikely - you almost certainly got banned from entering for 10 years.

Incredibly low before October 2012.

Your chances aren't too bad! You need to file an I-212 waiver. My
husband is doing that now. Have your wife contact a congressman or
senator, they can help you with your case.

This is an easy one. All you will have to do is file a waiver. For the Uk, it takes about six weeks for the waiver to be approved. Go to the discussion site for visa based on marriage. They will give you better answers as lots of them have done the same.

This is the whole problem for real Americans.
You British Ex-spats are trying to send people we have deported out of the USA
back into into the USA.
Do you think this is some kind of game or something?
Read my Immigration FAQ about parasites supporting parasites from their own
country
who are trying to ruin the USA.

How would you like it if the USA started sending questionable bozos
over and over again into the U.K.?
And we could teach these bozos how to simply "file a waiver" to get back into
the U.K.

How exactly are these people 'ruining' the USA? They are basically long term tourists who are spending their money in the US and therefore doing the US economy good. The reason a lot of people try to bypass immigration if they are with a USC wife or husband is because US immigration is such a pile of shit, it takes forever to get a visa plus a mountain of paperwork and all sorts of shit.
If you think there are no illegal Americans in the UK (who by the way do not even need a visa waiver form to come to the UK and can come for 6 months not 90 days like the US allows on visa waiver) then you should take a look at www.americanexpats.co.uk

Then again you probably are the sort that believes Americans should not be allowed to marry non Americans. Jeez what a bigot.

The increase the workload for the INS and other law enforcement officials here.
Law enforcement is probably a foreign concept to your people.

Which is what the terrorists are trying to pretend to do.

I wonder why it take forever to get a visa?
Maybe there are too many questionable people who should not even be here and
apply for a visa and increase the workload for the INS?

Maybe a Brit who cares more about his HOMEland will do something to keep
U.S. criminals out of the UK. But if you really want those criminals....

Read this newsgroup and you will see British criminals and other
dubious characters trying to marry a USC for a Green Card to get into the U.S.
And I suppose any real American who wants greater scrutiny in that area of
immigration is a bigot by your standards.

You care more about your clan than you do about the U.S.
And that is not what being an American is about.

What was wrong with the Brits?

I hope you don't have a criminal record like many others posting from that
site.
I am compiling statistics.

I am compiling statistics.
Firstly, if it weren't for immigrants they'd be no work for all those who work for BCIS.
Secondly, those with very minor crimnal records, such as what many native born Americans have probably got too, do not marry 'just to get a green card' but because they fell in love and probably their American spouse cannot move to the UK due to child custody issues etc.
Thirdly, I don't think like you about 'clans.' We are all citizens of the world and if the US legally allows people to come to the US, why shouldn't they? You should concentrate on worrying about ILLEGAL immigrants such as the ones who invade both Britain and the US.
I did not chose my husband BECAUSE he was American! I chose him because he is a nice, kind, cute person, and I happened to run into him in my life. Should I reject him because he's not British, like you would obviously reject a nice, kind and cute British woman?
So you are saying all British legal immigrants are Al Queda terrorists? Get real! You'd be better looking to your own beloved fellow Americans that think they are Irish and fund the IRA terrorists that have been bombing the UK for the last 30 years.
Lastly, whether I had a criminal record or not, I have no intention of coming to live in the USA. Who'd want to come to a country of bigots like you?
