Are you the spouse, son or daughter of a US citizen or permanent resident? If not, then you can't even apply for a waiver.

Well I am afraid you can not apply for the waiver at all. Unless your sister sponsors your parent(s) for permanent residence - in which case you may be the son of a permanent resident.

Ahh that sucks. There must be some way. It is so hard to live in England after living in America. Thanks for your help.

There is no other way other than waiting for ten years or having a private bill passed for you.

Wasn't it harder to live here as an illegal?

You should have thought about it all when you stayed here illegally mate. The immigration laws are strict here just because of people like you.

I know nothing about your personal situation but I can say you had a choice and you made the wrong one.

Did you get apprehended within the US and ordered removed to accrue that 10 year bar, or just depart on your own following an overstay?

If removed, what was the charge? Was it just for the overstay, or were there other charges?

Do you want to come back to the US to reside, or just to visit?

With respect, what you want is irrelevant. This is the price you pay for your lack of vision.

For an I-601 immigrant waiver a USC or LPR immediate relative is usually required, that's correct. For a non-immigrant waiver, the requirements are different.
