Just a quick, dumb question...do I need so send the photos of me and my fiance in
with the I-129F petition?
Also, I got a form with mine that said I could submit regular copies of orignal
documents...does this apply to *all* documents, including birth certificate and such?
Thanks,
Thrash

Explain why the photos are enclosed to your petition in a cover letter. If this has
to do with the answer to the question 19 on the petition, say so in your "description
of the circumstances". Check the following sites for detailed guides and other
experiences. K-1 FAQ: http://www.k1faq.com Doc Steen's Marriage Visa Pages:

Yes, you must send ONE of you and ONE of your fiancé. According to M-378 photo
specification sheet. (available from the site listed first below.)
You got the FC-029 or whatever they are calling it these days. It states CLEARLY that
you are not to send ANY originals, but only photocopies. Even birth certificates and
naturalization certificates may be copied for this purpose. The originals of what you
send copies of should be sent or taken to your fiancé as it is during their interview
that they MAY ask to see any originals you sent copies of. Do not send any originals
with the I-129F petition.
Please see the pages listed below. They will answer many questions, some you don't
even have yet.
