Questions about...well...everything I guess
Hi
I am about to file for a fiance visa for my fiance. We have never met in person, for
several reasons which I feel would be convincing enough to try for a waiver. I know
there is only a slim chance they will waive this requirement. Does anyone know if I
apply for the visa, and the waiver, and they will NOT waive the requirement what will
happen?? Will they deny the whole visa? Will they put the visa on hold until we meet.
IF the waiver is denied, we will arrange to get married and then file for a k-3 visa.
WILL the denial of the fiance visa hurt our case??
THanks in advance

Don't even bother applying for the K-1. The waiver will *not* be approved, I can
almost guarantee that. There is provision for a religious based exception but in my
years on this newsgroup nobody has had that.
