Would working with a relatively famous lawyer in the eb-5 industry who also takes corporate clients (i.e. eb-5 regional centers) cause "conflict of interests", assuming I hire him before choosing any regional centers?

You can hire whomever you want. Any "conflict of interest" is the lawyer's problem... not yours!

Any input? If I hire a lawyer indecently without knowing if he serves regional centers, couldn't he get sued by being not having proper lawyer conduct?
