Do i have to submit Single Status Certificate with I-129F?

Are you the USC? Do you have one of those Single Status Certificates? I've never heard of one except as it pertains to someone from the Philippines.
If you have been married before, you will need to show how that marriage was terminated...death certificate, divorce decree, etc.

I don't know if Vietnamese government require single status certificate or not.
