Question about downloading INS forms

I see most all INS forms are available for downloading on their web site.
If I download and use a form do I have to print it on both sides of the paper? It s a
little hard to feed the paper back in on my printer if I have to print it on both sides. I
would rather just submit all the pages printed on one side only.
Anybody know for sure?

THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED TO BE LEGAL ADVICE. I AM NOT A LAWYER. I DON'T EVEN PLAY
ONE ON TV!
INS used to be very demanding in terms of how the forms were printed. For a time they
even demanded that downloaded forms be printed on paper of the same color as the INS
provided forms.
It is my understanding that it is now okay to print downloaded forms on one side of a
sheet of paper.

I cannot find it, but recently INS issued a memo saying that all forms downloaded from its
site are acceptable for filing. The forms may be on white paper; no need to imitate the
INS colors on hard-copy forms. The forms may be single-sided; no need to imitate the
double-sided INS form.
