Question about american born abroad
I'm currently in the process of apply as an American born abroad. I did the
citizenship questionnaire, fortunately the Consulate replied quickly to me.
They sent a C - 3 form to me, stating that my father must fill it out.
That's not a problem. The issue I have is does this have to be handed in
person to the consulate office? Or can it be notarized by a lawyer? Can any
one point me in the right direction? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
in advance.

Re: Question about american born abroad
The C - 3 form is the Affidavit of parentage and physical presence.
Any help out there will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks Renee
