Are there any jobs in the US that don't require you to be sponsored by an employer or
that does not require you to have an H1-b Visa/
that does not require you to have an H1-b Visa/

H-1B is just one of the job classifications. Others are H-2, J-1, etc.
But you will almost always need a sponsoring employer. Right now, I can't think of a
case where you won't need a sponsoring employer.
