Default A Q on Adit pics...

As per the directions on the fiancee visa forms, we have gotten our
"adit" pics taken. A friend of mine whose hubby came from England had
his visa application slightly delayed because he had PRINTED his name
on the back of his pic, and they said he should have SIGNED his
name...The forms say to PRINT, now I don't know what to believe...any
opinions?
I am in Canada and going to the US, if that makes any difference...
Thanx!

Default Re: A Q on Adit pics...And now a few more...

Well seeing as it seems that nobody had any recommendations on this
for me, we just printed AND signed the adit pics...lol.
If anyone has any input on the folowing questions, I would be greatly
appreciative...
I know that "I" will need a physical, but does my 7 year old daughter
that will be coming with me to the US ALSO need a physical too?
Geeez...they're 275$ a pop for them, man...that amounts to 550$. I
mean, of course it's worth it, but wow, ya know? And does anyone
happen to know how I go about proving what shots that I got as a kid?
I got them over 35 years ago for crying out loud! LOL. My parents are
both dead now, and I have absolutely NO idea who my doc was as a
child.
Annnnnnnnd...who here might know just approximately how long I can
expect to wait for my interview after applying? We are going thru the
Vermont Service Center...
Thank you in advance!
Sharon.

Try your Local Health Authority for your immunisations - mine didn't have them as they have only held them as centralised records going back 30 years - but yours may be diferent. It's worth a shot ! I just called the LHA and they gave me of the phone number of the hospital which was responsible for the records.

Also your medical records should have followed you from GP to GP throughout your life.. although it may not have copies of your childhood immunisations in it. My daughter's were all on a card which was with her file but this system is more recent I believe - perhaps 15/20 years old.
