Problem with INFOPASS?
Has any one had a problem with trying to cancel an INFOPASS appointment?
After carefully inputting the confirmation number and 5 digit pin number, this is what I get back, in red letters:
"Authorization Failed.
You can no longer cancel your appointment."
Oh really? I can't cancel? Does that mean I am obligated under penalty of law to attend the scheduled meeting? ;-) . . .
