Is it possible to prepone the OPT start date if I am offered a job
before the OPT start date but after I graduate?

An interrim EAD card might do the trick because it is valid on the day
it's issued. To be eligible for interrim EAD card you must have graduated,
the application must still be pending (not approved/denied) and must have
been pending for > 90 days.
