Please tell me what to do
When filed AOS for me, my lawyer's paralegal entered the wrong info on
birthdate. Despite all the supporting document (Letter from NVC)
having a different BD and the interviewing officer's correction, I got
my GC with wrong BD. Filing I-90 results in getting a stupid anwser
that I used that BD when I filed for AOS.
Now, what should I do. Is USCIS doing this because they want
application fee? Then they should say so. Please tell me how to deal
with this incompetency for such a clear cut case (Family-based 4th
category).

One of two things.
1) Since the attorney's office made the mistake they are responsible for
correcting it.
2) Or go back home.

Help them to understand that they will fix the problem for free and refund
whatever fees they've taken to date.

Are you saying that they should fix the problem for free and refund all
my money (for filing AOS application) for their incompetency?
Can I really ask them to refund the money?
I'll just be happy if they will fix the problem for free and not refund
the money.

I wished that the officer at inforpass didn't tell me that I wouldn't
need to pay. Or, USCIS sends me a letter saying that I should send a
payment even though the intervewing officer already made the
correction.
What is the most illogical is that how could they go with the info on
the forms when the supporting documents and theeir databse (I-130
approval) all had a different birthdate. My conclusiogn is that USCIS
knowingly used the wrong birthdate so that they can make money whehn I
make correction.

You faield to realize that the interviewing offcier already corrected +
the letter from NVC has the correct BD. (I inclued that letter in my
AOS filing.)
How could USCIS issue the card using the wrong one? It's more than
incompetence. Beside, the least they could do is openly ask for a
payment instead of playing this game. After I get it fixed, I will
write and complain about this whole things. They sould just have a
*penalty* fee for filling the wrong info and use the correct inof in
issuing the card instead of this procedure where they went ahead and
issued the card with wrong info. No wonder that terrorists can evade
them easily.
