Hello,

I'm currently a F-2 visa holder, but my visa expired July 24th 2002,

however, i'm getting married to a u.s. citizen tommorrow, so my question is;

Am i going to have any difficulty setting up all the correct forms because of my
expired F-2 Visa?

I think you have a 60 day grace period after your visa expires to leave the country, which would take you to September 24, 2002. You would be out of status after that date. Since you're getting married tomorrow, I don't think it'll be a problem. You may want to check with your school official to make sure.
