Please help
Hi everyone,
I have a few questions and great thanks for any advices:
1. My grandmother has been in hospital for over a month in my home country.
I really want to go to visit her. However, my status is pending for I-751.
It means my conditional residence expire on July 4th, 06. But I got a letter
from INS saying extended one year. I am not sure if the letter, expired
green card, and my passport is 100% OK for me to re-enter America?
2. Since my parents are all getting aged, I am the only child who can take
care of them. How can I bring my parents here through legal procedures? How
long will it take? Can I start to apply now or I must be a US citizen to do
it? If I can bring them over, how can I cover the medical expenses for them?
Thanks a billion.
