FRIENDS ~
I have another question; this one for a friend who is a Conditional =

-- What forms will he need to fill out to bring his children to the = United
States (under 18 years of age)? -- How long should he expect the process to take?
Thanks in advance for your reply. Please copy the newsgroup, but also = send your

Re: Permanent Resident Bringing Children to US
If your PR friend is married to a USC, then the USC can petition via I-130 for the underage child of the foreign spouse as that child is considered their child and therefore there would be a visa immediately available. I am unclear if a K-3 is available for a child if the foreign parent is already in the US. I once thought it was but someone posted that they didn't think so. Sorry to not be more definitive in my reply but someone is sure to come onboard with the information you desire re the K-3.
