PERM and Prevailing Wage Determination
Hello,
I am currently on F1 visa (until May/06) and I found an employer willing to
sponsor me under PERM.
He sent the Prevailing Wage Determination form to the SWA in New Jersey and
got about $81,000 minimum s
alary for my position. It is way above what I was offered.
Does anyone know from his own experience how to handle such case?
Does anyone know about a reliable and inexpensive immigration lawyer in
NY/NJ area that could help me?
kind regards,
Adam

There is no PWD for H1B, for GC you will fall under:
