perm and credit report
hi
I am planning to process perm and then rest of GC process. Recently I have checked my credit report which i did not for years. I found that there is public records of 1999. and some other debt. Do i need to worry about my Gc prcoess or what should i do?
Thanks

GC processing does not involve a credit check. No problem.
If this was a bankruptcy, it could conceivably raise the issue of you being
able to sustain yourself in the USA.
In any case, credit records are kept only for seven years (10 for
bankruptcies) so it should items from 1999 should disappear from your
record very soon.
