Passport processing time E2 at London Embassy
The Embassy's official estimate is that they will keep and process a passport for 7-10 days after an E2 interview. Is there anyone with a recent experience on how long it really takes? I am doing a Point-of-Sale Delivery which I think means I pick it up from the courier - this is an attempt to get it quicker!

When I received mine two years ago, I believe I had my interview on the Monday and my passport arrived back on the Friday.

5 working days is about normal. We see this question a lot and it's essentially visa irrelevant unless you end up in AP.

Last month my husband had his interview on the Wednesday and his passport was ready to be collected on Friday. Really quick!

Had my interview on Tuesday and my passport was delivered on Friday. Your mileage may vary.
