Passport Info
Does anyone know if it will cause problems at immigration when they look at my passport and see it was issued in the USA? I had to get a new one when I was there after loosing my original. It is a british Passport.

If it's a valid passport, I can't see there being an issue with where it was issued. If you'll pardon the pun

How will they know that it was issued in the USA? Doesn't it have FCO as the place of issue?

I was only really thinking out loud as both of my kids' have FCO and they were issued in Düsseldorf, and the one I issued today definitely said FCO...

As long as it doesn't have Product of China on it should be okay. Those are subject to recall.

Where it says "issuing authority" my passport says "USA".

issued Sept 2002 -- USA
issued June 2005 --FCO
