An Attorney

You are both right but! The medical license is essentially
unrestricted but carries with it responsibility as regulated by the
"medical board." Malpractice carriers will not cover internet advise,
nor will the so called advice result in a suit. The physician patient
relationship has not been established. The Doc can give all the
advice he wants and only a fool would take it!

I'm with Rete: but for different reasons. Do I sound like an
attorney? I'm NOT... :-)
