OPT extention
Hi,
I have been dealing with OPT pending case. Since it has been 90 days
since I filed the application, I could get the temp EAD card. However,
the expiration date is coming soon. I am wondering how long I can get
as permitted working period once I get the Original OPT which I was
supposed to get.

It depends on what the Designated School Officer indicated on the I-20 which
was included with your I-765. You must ask this question of your
international student adviser.

It depends on what the Designated School Officer indicated on the I-20 which
was included with your I-765. You must ask this question of your
international student adviser.
