I will do, however I did get him of the AILA website, but will ask another. Do you really think what I am trying to do is to risky in terms of renewal? Not a personal question just of your ( and all of you guys) experience?

There is always a risk. You must be prepared, up front, to lose the entire investment and everything that goes with it... including the security for your family. Is it a tough decision? You bet! I've always found this a comfort when deciding what to do!

Im not on here for poetry, however smart and clever/ nice etc - thanks anyway.

Im trying to get information on people with similar situations, going by what my attorney said do I distrust what he says...Yes I know you think its a risk, and thanks, but I felt somewhat assured in what he said about the number of employees I will have, can I trust what he says? Or should I just not...

What visa are you talking about? Maybe I've missed it, but I couldn't actually see where you'd confirmed which one you're going for?

OK, so just checking but you're aware that E2 won't let you stay permanently and you don't have kids? It's not the visa for people with children!

I've no idea on renewals, but just trying to find out the info from you to help the forum pros, as I know it'll be relevant. You originally only had a small amount to invest, how much has that gone up to? As that may well be a factor too.

I wish you all the best with it, and hope that you can find a way. If not, I'll see you back in the Canada forums!

Respectfully, you make it really hard for people to help you. We don't know every nuance of your situation... and so it's difficult for us to make your decisions for you - which is what you seem to want people to do!

Trust... don't trust... entirely up to you!

If, as you've said previously, you are confident in your business and yourself... then go ahead with your plans! I'm pretty sure Bill Gates didn't take a poll on trust issues before moving forward with a plan.

True. I suppose there is no one out there with similar experience,(opening an established salon with employees) that can comment out here. so....

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

thanks for that bit of the poem Ian I really liked that bit lol!!
