Default Online Status taking ages to update

We got our K1 petition approved at CSC on Thursday - we heard of the
approval from the automated phone system.

Its still not updated online. I presume this isn't a problem but I just
thought I'd mention it in case there's anyone thinking they should be
approved soon - might be worth calling the automated phone system at the
service centre in case its been approved but not updated online yet!

I was just looking at the FAQ of the online status site and recalled your post as I read these bullet points:

*How often is the case status information on this site updated?
The case status information on this site is updated regularly throughout the business day. If any action is taken regarding your case, the change will be reflected on this site within a few minutes of the action-taking place.

*[i]Is the case status information provided on this site the same as that provided by BCIS Direct on the telephone?
Yes, the case status information on this site is identical to the information provided by the automated telephone system, BCIS Direct, at the Service Center where your application was filed.

Its definitely still not the same for us and hasn't been since Friday.

I just hope its the online status that's wrong and not the phone!

Lindsey,

Hope you didn't misunderstand -- I didn't mean to contradict you. Your post prompted me to go straight to the FAQ site to see if I could quickly locate a phone number, and I was amused to see these bullet points.

While amusing, it is also annoying to hear that it is still the same. It seems that we can't trust much of anything that BCIS does.
