OMG! NSC Approval...
Holy Sh*t! NSC Approved our petition yesterday.
I don't believe it and I can't get ahold of Larisa (she is at her
grandmothers who lives way out in the boonies in the Russian
countryside) to tell her the news.
This morning after taking my dogs for a walk and preparing for a
personal meeting with my congressman about why this immigration thing
is taking so long thru NSC and about HR 2235, I figured I would do one
last check on the BCIS case status site. I think I have entered the
number a dozen times to make sure it still comes up with "This case
has been approved...". I just don't believe it after 177 days of
waiting. I'm speechles.......now to change my status at Dave Hollis.
Never thought that would feel so good.
Shawn & Larisa
1st NOA 1/22
2nd NOA 7/18
Onward to NVC....

Yes, Milla will be here Tuesday unless she is able to get the flight a day earlier on Monday. It went so quickly, it seems, after NSC.
I just can't believe the slow down at NSC. I wonder what is really going on. I thought , if anything, they would be speeding up the process, not slowing it down. Now 180 days with all the holiday and vacation periods coming up makes one really wonder what is really happening.
Well, I know you are tired of waiting but it will be real soon. Brian
