Hey all,

One more things cropped up that has me slightly baffled.

I was reading over the I-864 bits and pieces and we're having a co-sponsor...now...the form says everyone in the household must file a I-864A if thats the case, Does anyone know if this is right? or is it just the people in the household sponsoring me?...it doesnt seem to make much sense to me that people (Actually only one extra person in the house, my fiancee's Grandpa, who isnt sponsoring me, and also isnt dependent on anyone else in the house...Staci and her Mom are my sponsors) who arent sponsoring me etc need to do so...

So if anyone can clear up who is actually supposed to fill out forms on this subject i'd appreciate it, surely its just Staci (I-864) and her mom (Co-sponsor I-864A)

Who fills out the affadavits? just the sponsor and co-sponsor?.
