NYC - EAD Question
Has anyone ever gotten or know of anyone getting an EAD in NYC before
their 90 day wait time? Or anyone that got it w/o having to file an
Infopass and heading down to INS?
Just curious as to what's holding up the delay and why NYC is so slow
when it comes to these things.

It has absolutely nothing to do with NYC. Your EAD is solely the responsibility of the MSC which is the one that sent you for the biometrics for the card. Once the biometrics is done, the card is suppose to be manufactured and mailed to you.
And you need an Infopass appointment. Can't get into the building without one. Never heard of NYC giving interim EAD's before the 90 days is up and lately have not heard that they will issue interim EADs at all.
