For me, it's whether an old conviction constitutes the dreaded MT, and I didn't think it did. But shouldn't that be very objective, very clear-cut and not needing of a supervisor's correction..?
Also, does asking for the passport definitely mean I have the visa (assuming the email is not an error)? Ian |

I've been following these forums for a long time... and there's simply no rhyme or reason to what goes through an interviewer's head.

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application
Just an update for everyone waiting! Interview Sept 5th 2014. Email today at 16:37 3rd Feb 2015. Pretty much 5 months.
Now a question for everyone! Last few times I had to ring a company called DX secure and they came and collected and returned passport. Now it seems I have to arrange my own courier and have it taken back to some chemist 25 miles away???? Any ideas? |

You should learn how to ask a good question. In your previous post, you asked if anyone knew the answer. I did... and responded appropriately. In this post, you want to know if I would mind sharing the answer. I don't... and responded appropriately. You, however, haven't actually asked the question. I encourage you to ask the question. I'll help you get started: What is... ? Ian |
