NOA by certified mail?
Hello once again!
Do you receive the NOA receipt for the I129f by certified mail? Our
application was received at Vermont on July1st. Thanks again for any info.

We received ours via the good ole US mail sytem...lol
And even though pretty close to Vermont we got ours 6 days after our first NOA was dated. Dont forget about the 4th being a holiday. The kinda days we all injoy having off and celebrating. (Unless we've filed a petition) lol
05/31/03 Mailed in I-129F
06/02/033 VSC receives
06/11/03 Received 1st NOA postmarked 06/09/03,
1st NOA Dated 06/05/03
06/23/03 2nd NOA Online
06/27/03 In NVC system
07/02/03 NVC sends to London
07/05/03 Receive NVC letter in mail

You will not receive a NOA by Certified Mail.(I assume you are not referring
to the return receipt from a Certified Letter YOU sent to INS.)
I am a USPS Letter Carrier and in my career I have only seen one piece of
Certified Mail FROM the INS (BCIS) and I don't think it was a NOA.

Denials are often sent via certified mail.
