No work without EAD?
On my states secretary of state web site, it says that if the person has the K-1
classification on their visa, they are eligable to work. True or not? My fiancee
applied for her s.s. # last week and should have it any day. Will her card have "not
eligable for employment" on it? Thanks...

If the SSA is doing their job her card will say "Eligible to Work With INS Authorization" or some such wording.

Hi All!
It should say "VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH INS AUTHORIZATION"
