I saw where Matt Udall's site states that TSC is currently working on I-129F
petitions dated 11-13-01. Any thoughts on the accuracy of this? I'm slightly
skeptical to think that in one month, they were able to process some 2,000 cases.

I went in and checked the site too. Our 1st NOA is dated Nov 14th . Needless to say I
have worn my redial button down to a nub trying to call to see if the msg has changed
only to constantly get a busy signal...anyway here's hoping something good is

my first NOA was on Sept 14th and we have heard ZILCH!!!! Not to mention that we
mailed it the beginning of August and it sat in their mailroom an entire month before
being stamped received on Spet 14th. They are just blowing smoke up eveyone's a$$
BIGTIME!!!!!My Congressionla Rep has made 3 inquiries in the past 2 weeks and my
attorney has already sent the first of two letters, and still ZILCH!!!!Day 125 and
counting. I sure wish these people were put in our shoes. Take them away from their
loved ones for almost 5 months and see how they like it!
