Beginning today, USCIS will issue all Green Cards in the new, more secure format."

Gonna have the RFID chip in as well. Now you know where your $1010 (or renewal fee) is being spent

Well EB-3 priority date is still 9 years behind its better to invest in that direction rather then putting useless RFID chip inside card

Well yes what with those holograms embedded into it. I think it's a case of chips with everything now. The new US and UK passports have RFIDs too.

I doubt many employers know what one looks like already. If they do, these new designs will throw them for a loop! I can see HR departments across the country going "huh?"
