new LCA for the same employer after denial
Our LCA for H-2B classification was denied and as stated in
20CFR656.29(a) we can not file a new application for the same
occupation in 6 months.
If appeal to BCIS and the DOL decision is withdrawn, are we still
subject to 656.29(a)??
