I wonder a bit about this OP myself...his previous questions are always strange... try asking your US wife most of these inane question.
I think if I had a tax question I would look at the IRS site.

I can't believe how lazy this guy is. I wonder if he was this lazy in the UK or if it's something he's acquired since arriving in the US. He wants people to give him even the most simple information because he's apparently too lazy to do a bit of research on his own.

as i've said a few times on this board before - this is a board that supplies information. why not just help someone out and supply it? i certainly would if it was someone needing some information about how to look up taxes in the uk.

why not just say "here's the irs site - try looking on here"?

you know, at this point, i have no clue about how american taxes work. i'm sure i'll be looking into it too once i get a job. i wouldn't have even known that it was the IRS that i needed to look at.

i am able to ask my husband about it, but i might have chosen to ask the board about it instead. thankfully i know better than to do that now.

The difference is though, that the OP on this thread has asked some pretty ridiculous questions, and tried suggesting some things that are just not correct.

On another note, I still dont actually know what a "troll" is considered in these parts
