as i've said a few times on this board before - this is a board that supplies information. why not just help someone out and supply it? i certainly would if it was someone needing some information about how to look up taxes in the uk.
why not just say "here's the irs site - try looking on here"?

The difference is though, that the OP on this thread has asked some pretty ridiculous questions, and tried suggesting some things that are just not correct.
On another note, I still dont actually know what a "troll" is considered in these parts
