New 8th year H1B through a different company
My current 7th year H1B expires on July/2005 and I am going to file for
an 8th year H1B through a different company based on a pending LC.
Should the 8th year
be a NEW H1B or can the 7th year be transfered? Of course, I am looking
for the fastest path.
