Hi all,

My I-485 has been pending for last 2 years, due to security clearance.
I have been employed with the same employer who sponsered it.
Recently, I decided to move to a different using my EAD I received
recently. However, when I told those guys that I am moving on, they
started saying things like, it will be difficult for them to follow up
with REFs in future for me. I think they are just saying those things
to make me stay with them for longer. I need your advice on some of
the questions I have..

1. Do people usually get RFEs after waiting that long?

2. If I use EAD for joining someone else, Do I need to file any
paperwork with USCIS, to let them know that I am using EAD than H1?
