Need an i-751?

Me and my wife are currently filing an i-130 and G-325A's, for a marriage-based visa.
We have been married for *ALMOST* 2 years. We married at the 4th of November 1999 in
the Netherlands. It states on the i-130 form that if we have not been married for 2
years, we need the i-751 form.
We want to go ahead, and file our papers this friday, the 21st of September. We
were wondering wether we actually need the i-751 form, as by the time my visa gets
approved, we will have been married well over 2 years. My gut-instinct tells me
just to fill in the darn forms, and take them with us... if they request them, we
have them.
But can anyone shed a bit more light on this? Do we actually need these forms being
so close to our 2 years of marriage? I don't think it matters, but we lived together
for more then 3 and a half year as of this day.
Thanx,
Maarten
