Naturalization: they lost my application

Hi everybody I was scheduled to have my naturalization interview a wek ago, when I
went I was told that they couldn't find my application therefore the interview did
not take place. I was wondering if someone has been in this situation and what are
my options?.

Did you have the letter they sent you? Wouldn't that be proof that you applied?
