N400 questions

N400 questions
I asked this question before but received no replies so am posting again in the hopes that someone can help.
I mailed my N400 to the VSC in September and recived a noa with a receipt date of October 8th. As I live in Richmond Virginia, I think I fall under the Norfolk sub office. I was trying to find out how long it would be before I recieved a letter for fingerprints/interview. Has anybody dealt with the Norfolk sub office and is there any website where I may find out the current processing times for this office.
Hope someone can help, we may be leaving to go overseas again next summer and was hoping to have as much done as possible before we leave. I know wishful thinking on my part !!!!!
