N400 help
Hello, I am trying to fill my N-400 naturalization application and I
have a question.
I am married to a U.S. citizen by birth, and after we got married she
started using my last name (not her maiden name).
In the application they ask for my spouse's family name.
Should I use my last name or her maiden name ?
Thanks a lot,
Enrico.

Hi,
We just filled out the N-400 for my husband who is applying based on
marriage to me (the US citizen).
I understand the question to mean the last name that she is now using. I
took my husband's last name when we married, and that's the last name I put
for that question.
Best wishes,
Sophie
