N-400 processing time - Texas Service Center?
I will soon be eligible to apply for citizenship via TSC. Does anyone have any recent N-400 processing time ideas?
I haven't been able to find anything recent on the web (sorry if I'm missing something but N-400 times don't seem to appear on the AILA updates). Thanks for any replies.

I mailed my application in Jan 2002 and was sworn in in May this year, although I think things have speeded up a bit since then

From Florida, and sent the application to Texas Service Center.
Here is my timeline.
Sent my application at the end of August 2002
fingerprinted on september of 2002
Interviewed on May 20th 2003, unfortunately, I have to go back this week to show the rest of the documents missing"police report, and 2002 tax", and everything was ok and I passed the history, reading, and writing test.
Hope this helps

Applied in Orlando sometime in July 2003.
Fingerprints taken in September and I have yet to hear anything. I called my representative and he said that the Orlando office is waiting for an interview spot to open, but that it may take up to six months.

Thanks Marlon, Jognn and Simon, these replies all help.
Marlon - I guess you meant you applied July 2002. That's quite a wait, good luck from now on.
Jognn - hope you gave them what they wanted this week, good luck with the rest of the process
And Simon, I guess all that INS/BCIS 'stuff' is all over for you

I'm not sure how much different cities vary in processing times but
for what it's worth applied April 2002, oath ceremony April 2003...Los
Angeles.

Hi Jognn,
Do you know if for the 2002 tax forms, the Turbo Tax version works or does it have to be the official one?? Thanks

I believe it has to be ordered from the IRS, and ask for a transcript. you can do that in the automated IRS toll free number, and you can order I believe up to 10.
It takes about a week to receive them.
I hope this helps
Good luck

By the way, I had my interview in Miami the 24th of July, and everything went well after few questions about the police report incident, and I was apporved in the spat by the officer.
Now, I'm waiting for the Oath Ceremony letter in the mail. I'm looking forward to that big day
Applied : August around 26th 2002
Fingerprints: on September 2002
Interview : on May 20th 2003
Follow up interview: July 24th 2003
Waiting for Oath Ceremony letter.
