N-400 Interesting Query
An associate of mine has been trying to find the answer to the following:
What is the physical presence requirement between the time one files N-400 and the
date of interview (assuming that the person is present for fingerprinting)? This
question really stumped me. Hence, I went through the ACT and found that (in this
period) there is absolutely no requirement laid out in the law to be physically
present in USA except to do fingerprinting. The only requirement during this period
is of continuous presence which can be met by coming once every 6 months.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation
