Hi, Does anybody knows time frame to get a receipt(with case number) after submitting
N-400? I sent in my N-400 on 12/12/00 at Texas service center. So far didn't heard from
INS. Any help?

It depends on whether you submitted a certified marriage certificate with your petition.

Have you tried calling them? I'd say 3 months is quite a long time to wait for just a
receipt. Check to see if your check or money order has cleared the bank, if so, they
should write the receipt number on the check/money order.
