Actually NO, Because I will be laid off in 175 days since receipt.
And I don't think I can find similar job/salary in this economy.

Hey ! your I140 approved. It does not matter when you are laid off. What
matters is
1) i-140 approved
2) i-485 is not adjudicated during 180 days period

salary is not important (just have to prove you are not public charge). And,
based on current i-485 times, you have lots of time to find job! cheer up

Thanks Roger.
Questions:

1. When you say salary is not important are you talking about AC21?
if you read the new rule that came out recently this is not possible.

2. What happened after my laid off and could not find a job yet, can I
still stay in the US?

3. Assuming I find a another job, what will happen when my I-485 NOA
comes and request for RFE, Is there a ground for denial?

I hope somebody will answer that has actual or heard experience like
mine got still their GC. I'm not saying this to you, Roger.

I'm just very confused and lonely.

Thanks.
