Default Moving to USA - Not sure which Visa to look at and my chances...

Hi people, I'm a British citizen, living/working in London. 24 years old.

I've been to USA before for 1 year where I was on the J1 Visa on my student internship.

I have my Aunt in Chicago and quite a few cousins over USA.

I've also been offered a job by a company in Tempe, Arizona - It's a good offer but I would like to see if I can get a job in Cali or even New York rather.

If I wanted to move to USA to work/live...how would I go about it? Does it help that I have someone willing to offer me a job? Or the fact my Aunt is there and if I asked she would easily "sponsor" me.

What type of Visa am I looking at -

By profession I am a graphic/web designer.

Relateives less than a parent or sibling is of no use

Jobs offers without a visa are worthless
Its up to the Employer to apply for you in most cases

There is no shortage of graphic/web designer in the US

Ask your Employer's Immigration lawyer what visa they intend applying for.
