More delays...and frustration.

On Febuary 7th, we called Nebraska service center and was verbally told that the decision
on our petition was "favorable" . Nothing more, nothing less. Exactly what the their
definition of "favorable" is remains undefined.
They also advised that their mailing department was behind and we should recieve a letter
in 10-14 days. Well, that time has expired and we called back again today, Febuary 22nd
and were told that there mailing department is still 4 weeks behind but that our decision
should be mailed out this week or next, although the lady on the phone din't make us feel
very confident.....
Has anybody else run into this problem? We find it kind of rediculous that after all this
time that we are waiting for an additional 4 weeks or more just for someone to simply put
a stamp on a letter and mail it
!!
Thanks for any input.
